WHAT WE PROVIDE

Level One Audit: This is a basic walk-through energy audit.  We will walk with you and do a comprehensive evaluation of your home.  Using a check list format we will inspect your home from basement to attic.  We will discuss our findings with you right then and leave you with a comprehensive checklist that identifies your energy related problem areas. *$500.00

Level Two Audit: At this level we will provide you with the level one audit results and perform a whole house blower door test.  The blower door test will allow us to determine the leakage rate of outside air into your home. *$700.00

Level Three Audit: This includes the walk-through checklist the blower door test and a duct leakage test of your HVAC system. *$850.00 + $150.00 for each additional system

Additional Services: In conjunction with any of our packages you can have us conduct an infrared thermal imaging study.  *Add $200.00 to the prices above

Individual Services: stand alone test prices are: Basic Walk-through energy audit - $500 Blower door test - $250.00, Duct Testing - $300.00 plus $150.00 for each additional system, Thermal Imaging - $350.00.
